Hi,

I am trying to do the unification process in Sandbox environment and I get the error "Couldn't load Unify Please refresh your page or contact support" Please see the screenshot. I generate the .HAR file, it  does not show any red color.

    RE: Could not unify data

    Hi Scott,

Thanks. What I mean was data sources were added to CI with out any issue.

Now this issue has been resolved by the Microsoft CI team. They said that there was conflation error. They removed that error and now CI is working as usual. However, I do not know the exact reason for this error.

    Many thanks,

    Mahesh

    Thanks for the info.

When you say "Everything is running smoothly" do you mean that your issue is now resolved?

    RE: Could not unify data

    HI Scott,

    Thanks for the reply.

    - Yes, I have already brought the data, and there is no issue on bringing on data or refreshing it.

    - I had never done unification in this environment before but I had seen the option of unification (Source Fields, Duplicate Records, Matching Conditions, Unified Customer fields before)

    - When I was trying to merge tables, It was working fine but it did not let me expanding the table. But I did not force any save. So saved the table with out expanding table, then it was working successfully. Now, I have reset the environment and taken only data sources, which runs smoothly. But the issue remained same.

    -  I can see all the data on entity page and everything run smoothly.

    Thanks,

    Mahesh

    Hi partner,

Is there no error reported in the console? have you tried refreshing and the problem persists?

  • RE: Could not unify data

    Hi MT_IGD,

This indicates Customer Insights could not load the configuration metadata for some reason.
I would recommend seeing it is a transient issue, and trying against after an hour or two.
If it persists, let let's get some more detail...

    • Have you already brought in data?
    • Have you configured and run unify in this environment before, or were you just setting it up?
    • Were you working on anything when you got the error?
    • Can you view your tables on the Entity page?

    Thanks,!

    Scott
