Real-Time Marketing - Adding Links for Preference Pages

Hi,
 
I am trying to add a link for a preference page rather than showing a full URL (below) - I'd like to show click here instead but it link to the URL
 
 
We definitely could do this as per article: https://meganvwalker.com/outbound-subscription-centres-real-time-marketing/ but the option to use dynamic text is not available anymore.
 
Anyone have any ideas??
 
Update: installed the latest version and I can now add display text but the link doesn't work & it only lets me add it on a fresh new email - I can't add another one afterwards,

    I've SOLVED IT!! 😃 It's wasn't version specific. In order for the "display text" to show instead of a URL you HAVE to use the link provided in the blank template. It shows as Unsubscribe and as long as you edit the link after 1st character so you use the existing link it works. I saved this as a content block so it can be easily reused. I've tested this in GMAIL and Outlook and the full URL is behind the text. If you replace it and try and create a link yourself the text shows the the FULL URL is missing half of it.
