I have created a campaign automation in Click Dimensions to capture data submitted though a gravity form on our website.
In the automation I have the form submission trigger followed by Campaign Response action. When a form is submitted a campaign response is created in the campaign however the contact/lead field is blank and not tracked to any contacts or leads.
Would love some advise on why this might be happening? If I am missing a step?
