I am unable to see the the clear cache button in the portal at xxxxxx.powerappsportals.com/_services/about
I have the web admin role assigned, when i am in the portal i am able to edit from within the page.
When i initially added the web admin role the clear cache button appeared, however the first time i clicked it, it cleared the cache and dissapeared.
Anyone seen this or know how to get it back?
Tried all different browsers, incognito mode etc
