I’m working with a multistep form in Power Pages that includes two steps: the first for basic details and the second for file type data columns. Since the file type columns are read-only in Dataverse, I need to fill out the basic details in step one to enable those columns.
I’ve set up a Power Automate flow for form submission, but it currently sends two emails with the same content instead of one upon complete submission. I want to adjust this so that only a single email is sent when the entire form is submitted.
Additionally, I have a page where contractors can update their details, and I want to send an email notification only when a contractor makes changes. Right now, if an admin approves or rejects any form, it triggers another email about the modifications, which I’d like to avoid.
Could anyone provide guidance on how to set this up so that:
- Only one email is sent for complete form submissions.
- Emails are sent only for contractor updates, not for admin actions.
Thanks for your help!
