TOPIC: How to filter data by dates (e.g., TO DATE on trade agreement lines) when some are blank?
OBJECTIVE: Show lines where a date is either blank or after today, and then save in a View
TRIED: Almost everything :)

Unfortunately, nothing exists out of the box. I simple treatement to flag the record you want to a stored custom field can be a simple solution.

Do you need it in code or in GUI?
In UI. This is a pretty common scenario for us (i.e., a field is either blank or equal to, greater or less than some static or dynamic value, e.g., today, this month, etc.
You can add two ranges for the same field in the filter pane:
For the current day, you can use (currentDate()), or you can include the operator with (greaterThanDate()). There are a few more similar methods.
