    Please answer below questions.

    1. At what situations is the system go the "not responding" mode?

    2. Does this happen when you access a particular functionality or does this happen randomly?

    3. What is the RAM of your server ?

    4. At the time of "not responding" what is the ram and processor usage? (You can easily check this by task manager)

    Hi,

If it's hanging while accessing a functionality, please check whether the function has any customizations.

    Best Regards,

    MMV

Our partner in charge of the implementation has verified that Navision 2013 has all the patches available for Navision 2013. Still freezing up sporadically.

Will double check with the partner that is running the configuration. On the other hand, since Navision 2013 was installed, memory consumption has gone spiral, from 3GB before implementation it has gone up to 15-16GB. Even when we have set a limit of 6GB on SQL for memory usage.
