How to automatically finish the Business Process Flow (without clicking the Finish button) after the previous step is completed

Hi,

I have a requirement to complete the Business Process Flow automatically (without clicking the Finish button), when the Eligibility Approved field is populated with any value (refer to the attached screen). The Eligibility Approved Field is a calculated field that will be populated based on the previous step action. Could you please advise me how i can automatically click the finish button when the previous step is completed or the Eligibility approved field is populated with any value?

    Hi SivaR,

    When you create a BPF, there would be a entity whose name is the same as BPF created. And there is a status field and status reason field on the entity. If you want to automatically click Finish button, you could just change the process's status to inactive and status as Finished. So you could use workflow/JS to update the current process's status and status reason field.

    Please refer to this blog and change the Step 5 from move to next stage to change record status:
