Automatic email tracking in Outlook

How can you configure D365 to automatically track emails in outlook (creating contacts, creating leads if email moved to a "Leads" folder).  This seems to be a capability in the older D365 add-in, in our version there is no "File > Customer Engagement" option in the app.
