i have to create a following below discount ,
A coupon with the code “FREESOCK35”. How the promotion works is if they purchase $35 worth of product, they get a free pair of socks.
let me know the step , which i followed to create this discount in AX.
Dear Sayed,
You can only provide a % discount or value discount in threshold discount. There is no option to give an item free when the customer reaches a threshold out of box.
In standard D365 Retail
For Threshold discount : Options for tiers are
1.Discount Amount
2.Discount Percentage
eg : If 100$ worth products are purchased either discount % on 100$ or discount amount on 100$ can be given.
In your case if product has to come at ZERO Price for 35$,i think it would be customization from standard functionality
