    These multiple items are shown on contact left navigation because you can multiple relationships with Opportunities.

    There are multiple options to remove..

    1. Open contact entity and open 1:N or N:N relationship and look for contact to opportunities relationships.

    And in Navigation Pane Item-- select Display option as - Do Not Display

    Or You can select Display Option as Use Custom Label and Add custom label for each opportunity link.. so that you wont see multiple opportunities option.

    option 2:

    As you are using CRM 4.0 you cannot directly remove those links from Form customization.. you need to export ISV.Config file and from that file you need to remove required link form there.

    This tool might be helpful for you to remove These items

    3. Use JavaScript on form load and hide items.

    Here are details

    Hi Bholmstrom,

    It seems you have multiple relationship between Contact and Opportunity.

    It seem you are using CRM 4 right?

    I am little bit forget about CRM 4 Form Editor.

    But, I think it is not possible just hide it through the Form Editor like CRM 2011 and above, I think you need JavaScript, can be unsupported but this the fast way for CRM 4.:

    document.getElementById("navSubConts").style.display = "none";

    document.getElementById(“navRelationships”).style.display = “none”;

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
