We have been using Integrated Teams Chat with CRM since the beginning of this year. We have a bunch of Users that we are unable to add as a Participant of the Connected Chat and are given an error message. We ruled out CRM security as we set up one of the Users as a System Administrator and still have the error. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Hi, Based on your information, we tested the functionality of Teams Chats in the D365 Sales sidebar and unfortunately, we did not reproduce your error. However, when we assign a license to the test account only for Dynamics 365 Sales and not for Microsoft Teams, the following error occurs. This error is similar to your error, so we assume that maybe your error is also related to licenses and you can check if you are assigning licenses.
