As the project categories and the other project setups that you can specify in the WBS might differ between your companies, copying the WBS between companies might not work unless you can somehow ensure that all companies share the same setup.
I quickly checked things and it does not seem to difficult to modify this if you can ensure that all companies share the same setups (categories, prices, etc.).

You actually do not need much coding to copy WBS between companies.
The main problem is that this will end up in problems and a lot of trouble if let's say your WBS/WBS template from company A includes a project category - let's say - 'Taxi expense' that does not exist or is not active in company B where you copy the WBS to.
The same problems apply to cost and sales prices and other company-specific project elements included in your WBS that you want to copy.
So, the safest way to avoid this is creating a WBS template in each of your companies, to modify it according to company-specific settings and then copy from this template.
How to find how many WBS templates are available in AX.
My Ax is upgrade from AX 2012 R2 to R3 it's does not show projects in setup tab of Project management and Accounting module.
Please suggest.
In the AX-client you can check this in the WBS templates form under Project management and accounting/Setup/Projects.
This lists the templates in a given company.
If you open the form from the AOT you will find that the cross-company auto query property is set to 'No' for the reasons I mentioned above.
In a demo/test system you can change this parameter. Doing that will not list templates of your current company but also the WBS that have been created in other companies and WBS that have been created in relation to quotations and that have been setup with projects that were setup in the past. That is because AX allows you copying a WBS from every project and quotation that used a WBS before.
