Trigger email automatically basing on status(enum)

Dear experts,

Trigger mails automatically once form is initiated and send another mail if status is not changed after 2 days from initiation , if status is not changed even after remainder mail , escalation mail should be sent. Please help me with the approach for this.

You need to write custom code for email sending to achieve this.

I worked on multiple custom email sending task. so I can help you if you will stuck on any point.

Hi Rakesh, you need to share more details around the problem and what you are looking for.

Ideally you should be able to write custom batch job to trigger emails based on certain parameters.
