An recommendations on filtering SPAM getting through the Pre-chat survey questionnaire to live agents?
Hi
If you don’t want to use the chat widget sdk and develop a recaptcha, then you could add a mandatory optionset or other question that would technically make it difficult for spam robots to complete the survey.

There is plenty out there. I habe used both Microsoft and google recaptcha.
