Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners

Hi Team, 

Basically, we are working on a migration from Sales Force to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The client has Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan IUR for Partners license. I wanted to know about the details of what modules are included in this license and what capabilities are included within the license and what extra subscription and licenses we need to get on behalf of the client to make the migration process smooth.

    Hey

    The first thing is to understand the license belongs to a company that was or currently is a partner.  The second thing is that as the name states "Customer Engagement", this used to be a bundle that granted Sales, Customer Service and Field Service apps.  Regarding  Capacities, it grants the default storage capacity (10GB of DB capacity, 20GB of File Capacity, 2G of Log, plus another 250MB of DB Capacity and 2GB of Log capacity per user license), as well as having the same limitations than regular tenants in regards to API Calls, timeOuts, etc.

    Hey.

    As far as I remember, NO, Marketing is not included with the IUR version.  Marketing required a certain number of licenses, so you could request a "basic" version of it.
