I've a client who put two new workstations in place. For some reason, the AR Invoice and Memo screen (08.010.00) won't load on these two workstations. I've eliminated user access issues by having them sign into an "older" workstation, where they were able to access this screen. As a further check, I had an older user sign onto one of the new workstations and they, too, were unable to access 08.010.00.
This screen is customized, but running in Standard mode fails as well. I have loaded the BSL components, uninstalled/reinstalled the client, added .Net3.5, and tried running without the firewall. None of this has worked.
SL 2015 CU2, Windows 2012 R2, SQL Server 2012
Any ideas or suggestions?
