Hi There,

I created an email workflow in dynamic on create of record it gets trigger. The email did went to mailbox after few changes in email configuration but now it has stopped. Also I want to know if i can pass HTML(<table><td>) in Message box and if it converts it to table format. I will be creating the record via web service and on creation of record the workflow triggers but I am unable to see mail in Outlook, but first few mails did pass on. Now If i am doing same procedure in Settings->email configuration->Mailbox.

My email is stuck over there and is in IN-progress stage since yesterday.

Could anyone let me know, how do i resolve this issue. And also will be able to make table in email by passing HTML in multiline field?

Hi Ravi,

1. Could you share me more details of your workflow configuration?

2. You can send table by passing HTML tags, just add ' border="1" style="border-collapse:collapse" ' attribute to the table tag in email HTML editor.

3. What your web service means, are you building a custom workflow to send email?

4. Can you send a general email manually? Please try to make sure your email box itself is ok.

5. Try to use Flow to send email.
