Transfer Order Not Closed

I have a Transfer Order that I can't get to close. The Transfer was originally for 16 drums, however, the Transfer Order was changed to 15 but somehow the system allowed 16 drums to be shipped. I have 1 drum that is in ITR that doesn't have an LP that is stuck there. There is no open Work for this one drum and the gun say I must use Transfer LP receive but it doesn't have an LP. Any thoughts?
