Our partner in Thailand is working warehouse management solution under Dynamics AX 2009 .Where I can find demo to help partner show this capability in AX 2009 to prospect ? Looking for Demo scripts and support document for warehouse management capability.

Alternatively if you have access to the virtual PC through customer source or partner source you could use this to give a demonstration with the Microsoft demo data!

The only way I can think of you achieving this is to create another instance of the AOS (call it Demo) and import some Demo data or a snapshot of some of your live data.

As for presenting the functionality maybe with another tools record your actions and build a clip of your activity with some text or audio to highlight what is being undertaken on the screen.

Unsure about Demo script! Sorry!

As for documentation you should be able to find plenty of information on the Microsoft product website.
