Any help would be appreciated
Hi,
Please click the “MANAGE ROLES” in the following screenshot with System Administrator.
And then add the access privilege to the security role of the user you log in. For detailed steps, please refer to:
Manage access to Power Apps apps by using security roles with Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (on-premises) | Microsoft Docs
If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
Best Regards,
Nya
thanks for the reply but I am still getting this message I have also given the privilege of field service resources
If you use a system admin user, you should have access to the FSM App Module already.
In the mobile app, click on the hamburger menu > then enable/disable "Show non-production apps" depending on if your environment is inProduction or Sandbox mode. Also on the app list, you can try to press and pull down to do a hard refresh.
You might be in a non-prod environment. Did you try @Dat Tieu's solution to allow 'non-production apps'?
