Dynamic 365 Portal - CRUD not working

Hi,

I am getting below error when creating and updating in Dynamic 365 portals in my system and another system it is working fine. i tried with Chrome, IE and Edge browser still not working in my system.

Uncaught ReferenceError: WebForm_DoPostBackWithOptions is not defined

Any Ideas?

    Thanks Oliver. Its not related to plugin/workflow as its working in other systems.

    unfortunately its started working today and not sure what cause of this issue.

    are you sure it is not related to any plugin/workflow you may have in your CRM?

    I can't find the mentioned function in the community source, I would suggest opening a ticket with MS in this case
