    Hi D365 FnO Developer,

Please check the project role assigned to you in LCS. You may not have permissions to deploy packages to Prod. The "Apply updates" button is the first option under Maintain.

    Hi D365 FnO developer,

Check also that environment is in Deployed status. In the case of MS maintanace, deployment of packages is blocked prior 24 hours to maintanance.

    Hi D365 FnO Developer,

It looks you found the steps needed to deploy packages in the self-serve environments but just wanted to include the official doc\link for you or anyone else that comes across this topic.
