Create segment based on Opportunity containing certain Products

Hi community,

I'm looking for a way to create a Dynamic Segment stating the following:

  1. I want all contacts
  2. With an Opportunity
  3. Which contains Products with Product ID starting with PRDPKG

I've tried to build it like this (two tries), but there are no members. However, if I 'rebuild' it in Advanced Find I do get the correct results.

    Hi Renee,

    that's probably a late reply and hopefully, you have found the answer yourself.

    There might be a difference between advanced find results and segment query results if you try to build a segment on a recently added entity - due to a possible delay in data sync (which depends on a size of that entity).

    This is because Advanced find is using data stored in Crm – and it is already available. While dynamic segments depend on DataServices to sync all data to be available in Segmentation backend.

    If the issue persists, then I'd advise you to create a support ticket, so they can check what is wrong with this query results

    Dear Elena,

    I've created a support ticket. In the final phase of the segment, I had to select Parent Contact, instead of 'Contact'.
