Electronic file destination convert to pdf

Hi all,

We are using ISO20022 Credit Transfer and we are printing a covering letter.

When exporting the document, the excel shows up vertical (as intended) but when in Sharepoint, converted to pdf, it appears with and horizontal orientation.

Does anyone know why this happens? We would like the pdf version to stay vertical.

when using pdf, use pdf conversion in below part of screen

pls suggest if it helps

What version are you using? I cannot find the 'PDF Conversion Settings' tab.

Hi mafalda,

You can find this in the electronic reporting destination form provided that you are on one of the latest versions.

If you operate an older D365FO version, make sure that you upgrade to the latest one (currently PU35).
