Inventory Adjustment Codes

Hello Experts,

When using our mobile devices to adjust inventory in or adjust inventory out, we are prompted to chose and adjustment code. These codes are housed in AX in Warehouse Management > Setup > Warehouse Management Parameters > Cycle counting > Adjustment Codes.

We are able to view an entire history of all of the counting journals in Inventory Management > Inquiries > Counting History. From here we are able to see who moved the inventory, the inventory journal, the date, the qty moved, etc.

We are also wanting to see the adjustment reason code along with this other data but cannot figure out how to link the two (inside of AX or even through SQL queries).

Would anyone be able to shed some light on this issue? We are on AX 2012 R3 CU10.
