I have configure the Navision 2013 R2 Notes at client place. But there is one problem notification page shows only User ID which is configure at AD. User wants the Username. So how we can add the column in notification page.

It is not possible as Alexander it is a system page cannot be modified, earlier one of my colleague developed an add-in for notes which has more flexibility i don't think it was updated for 2013 but you can try.
Better use the proper combination of Name & Surname as Domain ID, which will help people to identify the Users easily.
For example, my Domain ID could be VishalS or VSalot, which can be easily searchable by people.
I do not see changing NAV standard Notes unless you create your own factboxes and customize it.
Unfortunately, the Notes factbox is a system factbox and AFAIK there are no ways to modify the dropdown selection of users, it is available only by logins. One workaround is to use not AD logins, but NAV authentication, but it is a clumsy one.
