Product not display in online store

Hi

I get problem, where products not display in my Contoso Electronic store.


Retail online store in "Published" status and Retail product catalog in "Published" status too

Retail Publishing Job in "successed" status

Catalog structure is displayed in Contoso Electronic store

When I click catalog category, I got message "we don't have any refiners to show you"

I check in "http://ax2012r2a:40003/sites/RetailPublishingPortal/_layouts/15/CatalogSource.aspx?id=%7B5a4270d1%2D7d4c%2D4d17%2D8309%2Dc881b51609cc%7D&name=http%3A%2F%2Fax2012r2a%3A40001%2Fsites%2FRetailProductCatalog%2FLists%2FUncategorizedList%5F000"

there's error message (text with red color) :

"Properties RetProductSeoValue, RetCatalogId, ProductCatalogGroupNumberOWSTEXT, ProductCatalogItemNumberOWSTEXT specified by the shared catalog could not be found in search schema."

How to fix this ?

    Have you run the Distribution Schedule?.

    Yes, I already run "distribution schedule"

    Do you know what's error means ? I means this one below :

    "Properties RetProductSeoValue, RetCatalogId, ProductCatalogGroupNumberOWSTEXT, ProductCatalogItemNumberOWSTEXT specified by the shared catalog could not be found in search schema."

    I think that's the root cause

    This is Error from SharePoint Site it self Right?.have you check Event Log ?.
    Just Check Whether Share Point Crawler is Running?,
    also Run Distribution JOB "ALL  9999 ". and try again.

    Yes, that's error from sharepoint site.

    There's no error in event viewer log

    I try to re-index and run full crawl, and I see in crawl log there's warning message below :

    This item and all items under it will not be crawled because the owner has set the NoCrawl flag to prevent it from being searchable

    That's message for this :

    ax2012r2a/.../Reports List/AllItems.aspx

    ax2012r2a/.../Style Library/Forms/AllItems.aspx

    ax2012r2a/.../AllItems.aspx

    ax2012r2a/.../Content Preview.aspx

    Is it possible related with that too ?

    Fyi, this happen in restore machine. I'm using same catalog with MPOS. In MPOS that's working properly (I means product display in MPOS)

    This error:

    "Properties RetProductSeoValue, RetCatalogId, ProductCatalogGroupNumberOWSTEXT, ProductCatalogItemNumberOWSTEXT specified by the shared catalog could not be found in search schema"

    means that SharePoint Search Service doesn't have information (no schema and therefore no values) in it which must be there.

    Please tell me in details how you got to this point:

    1. Did you install ecommerce yourself or you got it from the VM on partner source?

    2. If you got the VM from partner source - did you do any changes related to admin/topology/sharepoint configuration?

    Also, you said that you initiated Full Crawl, did it complete successfully (the warnings you outlined don't produce negative impact to Online Store functionality) or not?

    Also, can you try accessing this URL: http://ax2012r2a:40002/sites/RetailPublishingPortal - will you see what you expect to see or not?

    If you still cannot see any products then please open:

    http://ax2012r2a:40001/sites/RetailProductCatalog

    then expand Lists and click on UncategorizedList_000 - will you see the products there?

    And finally, what version of the product (ecommerce) you are using?

    Hi Sergey

    Here the background story :

    1. Deploy Dynamics AX from LCS with topology is DEMO Dynamics AX2012 R3 CU8

    2. Create new online store and published

    3. Assign new online store to existing catalog which used by MPOS too

    4. Catalog is published

    5. MPOS is working correctly with new published catalog

    6. Check to ax2012r2a/.../RetailPublishingPortal only see catalog hierarchy from new published catalog (product is not displayed)

    7. Check to ax2012r2a/.../RetailProductCatalog > List >UncategorizedList_000 there's no data (list is empty)

    8. Try do index reset and then full crawl

    9 Crawl is finished with :

        a. warning message = "This item and all items under it will not be crawled because the owner has set the NoCrawl flag to prevent it from being searchable"

    There's no error in crawl log

    Then I try re-install online store using powershell script in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail Online Channel\tools and new SSL certificate (with user contoso\admin)

    Check to ax2012r2a/.../RetailProductCatalog > List, there's no UncategorizedList

    Seems I make my demo system getting more worst :(

    Hi

    New update from me :

    1. Try re-install online channel using powershell script in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail Online Channel\tools

    2. Restart Async Client Contoso service

    3. Re-publish Contoso online store. Status is published status

    4. Retract and re-publish catalog. Catalog is published status

    5. Check to : ax2012r2a:40001/sites/RetailProductCatalog > List >UncategorizedList_000, I see there's product list exist

    6. Check to : ax2012r2a:40002/sites/RetailPublishingPortal, I see there's category list.

    But when access to : ax2012r2a:40002/sites/RetailPublishingPortal/cameras/camcorders , page is empty. Product not displayed

    Question : how to solve issue in step 6 ?

    Problem is solved. I try re-publish catalog again and it's working
