CRM glitched text in the pup-up windows of the global search

Hi

sometimes, when I write a text in the global search window, the text in the result's pup-up is horizontally truncated, see attached printscreens. And sometimes it's displayed perfectly.

The pop-up element is hold in the ms-Shimmer-container.

Has anyone encountered the same issue ?
Has anyone found a way to fix this issue or a workaround ?

Yes, this behavior has been observed by other users as well. The truncation happens because the ms‑Shimmer‑container sometimes applies restrictive CSS styles during rendering. A few workarounds you can try:
Clear your browser cache and reload CRM.
Test in another browser to confirm if it’s rendering‑specific.
If you have access to custom CSS, override the shimmer container with:
css
.ms-Shimmer-container {
overflow: visible !important;
white-space: normal !important;
}
Make sure your Dynamics 365 environment is updated to the latest release.
If the issue persists, I recommend raising a Microsoft support ticket with screenshots and repro steps, as they’ve patched similar UI glitches in past updates.
