    Hi Mohamed,

    1) Click Start > type "Retail Channel Configuration Utility", the name might be slightly different in R2, but the utility should be the same.

    2) Select "Create/Upgrade channel database"

    3) Fill in your Server name and database name like you had before you lost your database.

    4) After database have successfully created go into AX.

    5) in AX go to Retail > Setup > Retail scheduler > Channel integration > Channel database.

    6) Select the channel database you want to run the job on.

    7) Click on "Full data sync" and select job 9999

    8) Check to make sure all jobs have applied in Retail > Inquiries > Commerce Data Exchange > Download sessions.

    9) Go into SQL Server Management Studio and check to make sure your data are there.

    Hi Mohamed,

I believe in R2 it might have called "Retail Database Utility". Once you're in the utility refer to the steps I have mentioned above.

    Hi Duc Le (ツ),

yes i have  "Retail Database Utility"  but its only to create a new database, so if create one without any number of the transaction it will be a lot off error because i have already transaction , what i can to do to create one with to continue in number of transaction .

What I would do first is run a P-job to push all transactions to your HQ. Create a new database and then push all the jobs down to  the store.
