Payable Transaction Query help required, when exporting to .txt or .csv due to the report module the record is wrapped over 2 lines. Is there a way to show a record on 1 line only?

Create a Smart List report under Purchasing > Payables Transactions, then export that to Excel. The csv / text option for system reports can be modified using Report Writer, but that is a miserable option to get what you need. You can also create a SSRS report, and format it nicely using Report Builder in GP for this if you need a custom presentation.
