EP Deployment Error

While installing the AX2012 R3 Enterprise Portal on the Second SharePoint Web front end, we are facing the following Error, note that it is installed normally on the main server!

"Updating web.config file ... Setup could not find the Web server configuration location"

and I captured the below from the Logs:

The input parameters to this method are: '1852423078'
Leaving method GetRootVirtualDirMetabasePath

Leaving method GetVirtualDir
The return value from this method is 'null'.
Leaving method DoesVirtualDirExist
The return value from this method is 'False'.
Entering method CreateVirtualDir
The input parameters to this method are: '_layouts/EPDeploymentService,1852423078,C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Setup\EPDeploymentService'
Entering method GetRootVirtualDirMetabasePath
The input parameters to this method are: '1852423078'

The return value from this method is 'IIS://localhost/W3SVC/1852423078/Root'.

Setup encountered an error during deployment of the Role Center and Enterprise Portal framework.

    Have you first installed the EP in your front-end servers cleaning the "Create Web site" option?

    Is your "main Server" the Sharepoint Central Administration server?

    Where did you installed the EP first?

    Yes ,, thats done but same problem, my main server is the central admin as technet says. and i cleaned the create web site, and first was in the WFE

    I managed to solve this problem by adding host header while creating web application in SharePoint.
