I added a payment method. It is checked as active. It does not show on the payment screen as an available method to enter a payment to but it does show on the closing amounts screen.
For example:
I press the TOTAL button and then the payment method screen pops. This is where you would enter the amount of payment and if it was cash, visa, etc. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover all show as available. The payment method I am trying to have show there does not. It does show when we go to close. I can enter in a closing amount for it.

When creating a new Payment Method you will need to run a Z report before the payment method will show up in the tendering screen.
