125We want to set up permissions for every department including Executives/Managers.
Those permissions are copied into a user profile based on their jobs.
We want to have following permission sets for depts.:
MANAGEMENT
ACCOUNTING
PURCHASING
QUALITY CONTROL
R&D
SALES & MARKETING
WAREHOUSE
LOGISTICS
We have an admin account with super user permissions. This is not the account we use for our daily routine.
Can I get a spreadsheet of all the permissions for above depts and import the same via config package , so that the related dept will be able to see thier related module only..
Mean to say... If Purchase manager/Executive logins NAV Client, then he/she should be able to see only Purchase department menu and reports
