How to know if web server and report server is upgraded from CU9 to CU10?

Hi,

I have web server and Report server. I can see that AOS got upgraded to CU10 but not sure if web or report server got upgraded. How to verify it? and if they are not upgraded, how to upgrade it? Is there any independent Installer file for CU10 similar to the files we get for other Hotfixes.

The CU10 installer version i got is for the Slipstream and it's not an independent installer. Couldn't understand what it's trying to say for EP upgrade here on installation guidelines document from MS.
