CICD for D365 BC - PTE & AppSource

Hi everyone,
I wanted to enable CICD for my Dynamics 365 business central project in GITLAB.
I wanted to know about these (PTE) -
- What is the command used to create the package (.app) file?
- Is any external command required to be included while doing the above operation?
- For alternative, how can we apply vs code extension in cicd job to execute like AL: Package command?
 
For AppSource is it applicable to enable CICD in gitlab?
Maybe guide something on this..

    The articles you are telling to refer are for github and azure devops but the tool i am using is gitlab.
    As per the articles, they all contain some template before-hand which is very feasible to use but for gitlab i can't find any of these templates or is it available and i am not aware of.
