Hello everyone,

I am trying to implement the Lower Deduction Functionality in AX 2012 R3 CU-10,I will try to explain you via scenario

Normally we deduct 10 % TDS  on vendor but if vendor will avail me the certificate of concession we deduct the 2% TDS instead of 10

I am little bit confused now, how to implement it

Any suggestion and help of blog link's will be appreciated

Best regards

Vishal Poniya

    Hi Vishal

Thank you for the quick response !

I've tried this but  I am not able to get desired result

for example I have cumulative and transaction per line in threshold designer and I marked the check box of Final Level then Tax Setup fast tap appears and I configured It as per the document suggest

but at the time of payment the system is calcuted with the same 10% default rate instead of 2%

    Best Regards

    Vishal

After configuring the setup, have you tried creating new vendor and related entries and seen the results?

    Hello Vishal

Yes I tried by creating a new vendor than assigning a withhold tax code and mark the check box as well

When I tried to make payment for the same vendor TDS is not deducted as per the scenario .

You can create a separate withholding tax group for different percentage.
