I have an issue with the NAV-CRM-Sync. I hope this is the right forum.
The table contact in the CRM solution got an option-field.
To use the field while operations in NAV I created the field in the table 5342 CRM Contact.
The sync fails with the error "external data type is not supported". I do not understand why the sync not works. The "name" of the field in CRM is the same as in "ExternalName" in NAV. The option string in both fields seems the same. When i deactivated the field then all is fine.
Other option fields work correctly.
Has anyone an idea how i can solve the problem?
