E-mail icon on Customer Card does not launch Outlook

We're running classic client NAV 2009r2 and working with office 365.

When we click on the email icon next to the email address on the customer/contact card it used to launch Outlook but not it simply does nothing. Using Debug I see it fails in codeunit Mail, when calling automation " NS Outlook Synchronization Handler'.OApplication" (OApplication.Logon(...)) where it exits.

Has anyone a clue?

Thank you in advance.

    hi,

    seems incompatibility issues with Mapi32.dll and/or OLHandler.dll.

    follow:

Thanks Jonathan. I'll forward this to my colleague, the server administrator, so he can try to solve the problem.

Hi, did you solve this problem ? I´m facing the same issue here...

Hi, not yet. I'm waiting for our NAV partner to answer, although it is, as already said here, some type of incompatibility with recent updates because it worked before. If we solve it, I'll post our solution.

Hi, we also had the same problem. I don't know wich Microsoft update who caused the problem for us-tried to uninstall every updates for the last month with no success. The workaround / solution for us is to enable the cached offline mode in outlook account settings.

    Thanks for your reply Osaz.

I checked my account and it is already enabled. Normally, when we create new mail accounts, this is set to true.
