Category level discount not applying in price simulator ?

Hi all,

I have configured a simple discount on category level in Finance and operations as given below in screenshot.

When I am adding a product regarding to this category in price simulator it is not applying as given below.

But if I configure discount at category + product level its working fine in price simulator.

My question is why price simulator not work with category level discounts ?

Immediate response is highly appreciated.

    HI Sajid,

    In testing on 10.0.17, my Category only discount worked in the Price Simulator.

    Have you validated the Channel ID, and Price Group, assigned to the Item and Discount; and then set those in the Price Simulator?
