FetchXML Or condition with layered link-entities

Posted on by 50

Hello,

I have used xrmtoolbox to manage basic link-entity or conditions, but struggling with this scenario. Hoping it is possible.

Purpose: Need to see all accounts with any activity (activities, opportunities, secondary accounts on opportunities). However, if I am a sales team member (custom table/entity) on an opportunity, I want the same view to show me the accounts with activities of what I am associated to/a member of.

Current Setup:

Seems I need a way to group the objects associated with accounts together in an Or condition and the ownerids in an Or condition. However, when I group SalesTeam ownerid with the others it doesn't like being pulled out of the related opportunity.

Is this possible to achieve?

I have used these two links as references, but still struggling to make it work.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
