Hi, we have a PO where the accounting distribution is not editable. The Current document accounting status shows 'Completed'. What would be the steps needed in order to modify the accounting distributions?

Hi @RI-04041350-0,

Try to reset Accounting Distributions
Navigate to the Reset Tool:

Go to Procurement and sourcing > Periodic tasks > Clean up > Purchase order distribution reset.

Hi Mohammed,

The user had already tried that process and it didn't work. Giorgio's suggestion is the next one she will try and even asked if the distributions could be reset so I will update the post once tested. Thanks everyone!

Hi, After trying Giorgio's process, the reset all distributions is still grayed out and the documented accounting status shows completed.

Still doesn't allow us to make a change.

Hello,

Could you provide information about your PO:
• What are the header and line status?
• Is there a workflow in place?

Maybe the PO is frozen for some reason.
