Hi Everyone,

Can anyone explain why this exception occurs ">Crm Exception: Message: The requested record matches a specified If-None-Match version., ErrorCode: -2147088246".

I am working on failed emails issue in my project, Basically emails coming in to CRM are not getting created and giving lots of exceptions(3-4) which one of them is above.

Please help me to solve the issue.

What I have done:

I have checked the Mailboxes, Queues, Server-side synchronization permissions, etc, all possible ways which I could check.

I use CRM 2016 Version(9.0.19.8) On-Premise.

Hi Rushiraj，

You can try to use another browser to test again.

And i find another thread, which is the same error with you, maybe you can refer it.

if it still appear the same error, you can restart to set mailbox etc.
