Has anyone encountered this issue? We are implementing Project Operations - Lite as an upgrade to PSA. When we create a budget for a project it all works well other than the 'reimport' option is not available on draft budgets other than the very first version. The option is just not displayed, and we have tested it on both a test user with standard roles and permissions and with a user with system admin rights. Very odd.
Check if there are any versioning settings in your Project Operations configuration that may restrict the visibility of the re-import option for draft budgets after the initial save. Sometimes, specific settings can limit functionality based on the budget version. Or, even though you’ve tested with different roles, double-check the specific permissions related to budget management for all user roles. Ensure that both test and admin users have complete access to all budget features.
Ensure that your Project Operations environment is fully updated. If the functionality was working initially but is now missing, it might help to clear your browser cache and cookies or try accessing the application from a different browser to rule out any caching issues.
