    Hi Shariff,
You can check this official document, which describes how to clean up sales update history (sales update history and purchase update history cleanup are similar), you can check this article to set it up. And just go to Procurement and sourcing > Periodic > Clean up > Purchase update history cleanup.

In addition, this article provides relevant instructions on the purchase order history cleanup, you can also take a brief look at:

    Thanks for your quick response.

I tried the below-mentioned steps but I can't get the results and I am not sure where to see and where it is going to delete the Purchase orders.

Could you please share those steps?

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi,
Hope you are doing well too!
Not sure what you're asking, if you want to know what the title says about clean up purchase update history, the documentation in the link is pretty detailed, you can check it out. If you want to delete the purchase order, then you just click the delete button. If what you are looking for is the execution record, when you click the batch processing button, then you can find it in System Management > Inquries > Batch Jobs, as shown in the screenshot. By the way, you can select Alerts to indicate if you want alert messages sent when the batch job ends, has an error, or is canceled. Then specify if you want the alerts to be displayed as pop-up messages.

    Best Regards,
    Hana

I have created one PO and tried to delete it with a clean-up purchase update history but it's not deleting as shown in the below snapshot.

And here I am not using the delete option to delete this PO.

    Please help me with this.

    Hi,
I have to say that deleting a purchase order needs to be done through the delete button, and clean up purchase update history is used to delete the history of the order. These are two different functions. You need verify this first.

    Hi,
fine, let me repeat it one more time.
Use the Delete history of update form to delete the update history:
    • Click Procurement and sourcing > Periodic > Clean up > Purchase update history cleanup.
    • In the Clean up field, select the status of the update history to be deleted as Executed or Executed and erroneous.
    • In the Created until field, select the date up to which the update history is to be deleted.
    • Click OK to delete the update history and close the form.
    Best Regards,
    Hana
