Agreement Booking Incident Quick Create not updating with customisations

I have customised the OOTB Quick Create form for Agreement Booking Incident.
When I use the + icon from the top toolbar in FS the customisations are there. However, if I use the Quick Create form via the 'New Agreement Booking Incident' on the Agreement Booking Setup subgrid, the customisations aren't there?
 
Another thing I've noticed, is that this same Quick Create form doesn't seem to respect the changes I've made to the 'Customer Asset Lookup View'.
 
Do you have any ideas why, when using the form via the New Agreement Booking Incident, I'm not seeing my changes?
