Within Leads:
I've created an custom Option Set with some default options, and also created a column (choice - see below) within Leads and added it to the Leads form, that is all fine.
My question is:
I want the user to be able to add extra options if required if the default ones don't meet the requirements, see below. Can this be done without me having to manually add the extra option in the option set?
Do I have to create a extra text field and if they select 'Other', it displays the text field and they can enter the details there. Will this update the 'Option Set? or is there a way of doing this?
