Unable to switch instances in the Software Developer Toolkit

As of yesterday, when I try and log into a Dynamics 365 instance using the Software Developer toolkit, even though I have the 'Display list of available organisations' tickbox ticked, it does not display a list of instances and just takes me back to the instance I was previously logged into.

I can see from the diagnostic output that it is looking for a specific instance, so does not think that it needs to display the instance picker to me.

Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.CrmConnectControl Information: 8 :    ==>Found 10 Org(s)
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.CrmConnectControl Information: 8 :    ==>looking for Org = myd365org in the results from CRM's Discovery server list.
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.CrmConnectControl Information: 8 :    ==>found User Org = myd365org in results
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.CrmConnectControl Verbose: 16 :    ==>DiscoveryServer indicated organization service location = myd365org.api.crm11.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.CrmConnectControl Information: 8 :    ==>Organization Service URI is = myd365org.api.crm11.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.CrmServiceClient Information: 8 :    ==>User Specified Org details are used.
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.CrmServiceClient Information: 8 :    ==>Found 1 Org(s)
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.CrmServiceClient Verbose: 16 :    ==>DiscoveryServer indicated organization service location = myd365org.api.crm11.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.CrmServiceClient Information: 8 :    ==>Organization Service URI is = myd365org.api.crm11.dynamics.com/.../Organization.svc
Microsoft.Xrm.Tooling.Connector.CrmServiceClient Information: 8 :    ==>User Org (myd365org) found in Discovery Server  - ONLY ORG FOUND

Anyone else experienced this - I don't think that there's been any software changes on my PC, so I think there's probably just some config file which needs resetting....

Any ideas?

    RE: Unable to switch instances in the Software Developer Toolkit

    With help from Micrsoft I was able to fix this issue.

    There are three files in this folder:

    $AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\CRMDeveloperToolKit

    Deleting the files fixed the problem. The files are then regenerated.
