Hello,
If we want to delete or retire a resource from a project (Knowing that a linked expense report is already posted and paid in the project), How can we do this? And if we did it, what is the impact : Do we loose all the past history of all actual hours booked by the resource?
Please could you help me with this?

2 ways to remove resource from a project. If we remove resource it will not impact past transactions, this change will apply to future transactions only.
1) From project master-go to resource assignment-unselect the resource
2) From worker-go to project tab-assign projects-unselect the project

I tested that, first I assigned a resource to a project then created a timesheet (status in review) then unassigned the resource and I checked the transactions in the project, and I found the timesheet submitted linked to the resource in the pending transactions.
