Custom Condition in microsoft forms

//hii everyone,
i have a question about microsoft forms.. i have a question and a comment box if the user selected /NO/ but the comment box is even shown when the user pressed /YES/
so is there any one that have an idea how to put a simple condition if the user selected /YES/ i want just to hide the comment box .
